Steven K Foster MD

Physician/Owner

From Deer Park, Texas, Dr. Foster received his medical degree from the U.T. Medical School in Houston and completed his residency training at the University of Arkansas Medical School in Little Rock. He moved from Fayetteville, Arkansas to Cedar Park in 1998. Dr. Foster is trained in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. He provides primary, preventive and consultative care for all ages. Dr. Foster has served with many boards and organizations in the Cedar Park community since 1998 and is the volunteer Medical Director for Samaritan Health Ministries.

Patricia Bohn Ewert MD

Family Physician

A 4th generation Texan, Dr. Ewert grew up in Galveston. She attended the University of Texas at Austin where she received her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She attended medical school at UTMB in Galveston, and is Board Certified in Family Medicine
Dr. Ewert joined Family Medical Center in 2015. She was a stay-home Mom for 12 years. When her children grew up, she began her second career in Family Medicine. She has had 10 years of experience caring for patients in Pediatrics, Adult, and Women’s Health Care. She also has a special interest in Hospice Medicine, helping families during difficult times. She has had extensive volunteer experience with the Girl Scouts, being a Medical Provider for the high school band, and as an EMT.
In her personal time, Dr. Ewert enjoys live music, reading books, Longhorn football, Astros baseball, and watching the sunset with her husband.

Nella Gemma Stout, APRN, FNP-C

Nella has worked in the healthcare setting since age 18. She started as a student nurse/technician and went on to be a Registered Nurse where she gained vast experience in critical care and acute inpatient dialysis. Nella received her graduate degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and her AANP certification in 2018. She has over 15 years experience as a nurse. Nella lives in Dripping Springs and enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 little ones.

Katie Taylor, APRN, FNP-C

Katie is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Katie earned her Master of Science in Nursing with the highest honors from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2019. She was a St. David’s nurse for three years on a medical-surgical unit before becoming a nurse practitioner. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University.

Born and raised in Austin, Katie was a competitive gymnast for over ten years during her youth. She competed nationally throughout high school. Today, Katie and her husband enjoy a variety of outdoor activities such as running, sand volleyball, and kayaking with dogs in tow. They can often be found having a meal with family at Chuy’s TexMex.
